- We did not increase our fees in 2019-2020, and we have not increased them again for a second year.
- This means that in 2020-21, all of our clients will continue to receive the benefit of our very competitive fees, for a third consecutive year.
- Our standard conveyancing charge is $570 plus GST plus disbursements.
- Our Cranbourne North office has closed, but we continue to operate from our Northcote office.
- Our trainee conveyancer, Parna Mukherjee, is working from home in Doncaster East.
